Recently I've started painting my fingernails. I quit ages (think: decades) ago because the polish always immediately chips off. It still does but I've found that the short term enjoyment outweighs my frustration with the chips. This time I asked my nail lady Danielle if I could have a sparkly nail on each hand. My bestie Danielle and I had been talking about it for a few weeks and figured it would be fun.
It totally is.
This time of year a little sparkle goes a long way to brighten up a questionably wintery day. However, during the summer (ya know, when you actually can see my toes) all bets are off. Can't wait for my toes to sparkle!
